Bill Chambers holds a BS from Shepherd University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He has worked in the information technology field since 1977, designing / developing over 100 database applications. In addition, Mr. Chambers has trained over one thousand professionals in database, spreadsheet, networking and MIS management topics.
